Get biometric services without leaving your home.
Using the Biometrics mobile application, you can:
- remotely open an account, deposit or take a loan from a bank;
- conclude a contract for the provision of communication services and receive an eSIM.
The list of available services will be updated.
To receive biometric services, you must register in the Unified Biometric System. To do this, you need to visit a bank branch once from the list presented on the portal https://bio.rt.ru/citizens/. You will need a passport, SNILS and a verified account at the State Services. But if there is no verified account, it's okay, a bank employee will help create and confirm it.
